Responsibilities

  • Closely monitor the system traffic and respond to unexpected events to minimize any disruption to the traffic
  • Apply updates and configuration changes as required
  • Run standard operations procedures including reporting
  • Work closely with customers technical staff to identify, trouble shoot, and resolve problems that may arise
  • Provide reuglar system support and consultation directly to customer technical staff

Requirements (Fresh grads will be considered)

  • Higher Diploma in computer related disciplines or equivalent
  • Knowledge of an SQL database is an advantage
  • Responsible and good team player, able to work independently 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese

Position Details

Location: Chai Wan area

Working hours: Five (5) working days per week / Mon - Fri: 09:30 - 18:00
