Responsibilities
- Closely monitor the system traffic and respond to unexpected events to minimize any disruption to the traffic
- Apply updates and configuration changes as required
- Run standard operations procedures including reporting
- Work closely with customers technical staff to identify, trouble shoot, and resolve problems that may arise
- Provide reuglar system support and consultation directly to customer technical staff
