Position Title: System Support Engineer

Responsibilities

Responsible for integration, testing, and support of VSC telecom solutions 
Work closely with customers to identify trouble shoot, and resolve issues 
Installation of servers with OS and Applications 
Ensure project tasks are completed on time and project goals are achieved. 
Provide daily system support and consultation directly to customers 
Provide technical support / services and consultancy services to clients

Requirements (fresh graduates will be considered)

Diploma or Degree in computer related disciplines or equivalent;
Knowledge of Linux environment 
Knowledge of database such as SQL is an advantage 
Responsible and good team player 
Good analytical and problem solving skills 
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese

Position Details

Location: Chai Wan area, after training period, travel outside of Hong Kong can be expected.

Working hours: Five (5) working days per week / Mon - Fri: 09:30 - 18:00
